MLS-2000 — an aluminium armchair with a rope-woven back that echoes the language of rattan furniture. The arm rail turns around the back and crosses the middle of the backrest; rope wraps sit on the legs and at the joints. The seat takes a removable cushion and the frame is finished in electrostatic RAL powder coating.

About This Product
Every mark of the classic rattan bistro chair is built here in aluminium: rope wraps stand in for bamboo nodes, bent tube for the curved bracing rods. The difference is durability — real rattan frays with damp outdoors and has to come inside for the winter, whereas an aluminium frame needs no extra protection even by the sea. Because the back weave is finished on the rear face as well, the chair can stand in the middle of a room or with its back to the aisle rather than having to sit against a wall. The cushion is removable and is stored separately at the end of the season.
