About This Product
The forked upright at the centre is not just a motif but structural: it supports the curve of the back from two arms and leaves the line of the spine open, so a sitter's backbone meets a gap rather than a flat panel. The woven cord seat, unlike fabric upholstery, lets air through and does not warm up over a long sitting; the weave itself also gives the stool a surface character of its own.
