About This Product
Thinning the steel skeleton as far as it will go makes the upholstered masses look as though they hang in the air; the chair has volume yet the floor stays visible. Upholstering the arms too keeps the metal from being bare where it is touched most — what meets the elbow is fabric rather than something cold and hard. The brass ferrules break the uniformity of the black frame and draw the eye to the lowest point, tying the body to the floor.
