About This Product
The quilting divides the surface into horizontal bands and keeps the leather in check: a single stretched leather back bags at certain points over time under a sitter's weight, whereas the stitching shares the tension between bands and spreads the creasing. The pattern is therefore also a question of lifespan. The shell curving slightly at the sides leaves a lateral boundary without arms; the chair looks narrow yet gathers the sitter.
