About This Product
Running the leather from back to arm as one surface means the sitter's arm meets the same material wherever it is placed; the seam ridges and edge steps that form where separate pieces join disappear. The black grips at the arm ends interrupt that continuity on purpose — the most-held point is handed to another material, which stops the leather wearing shiny there. Visually they also punctuate the long leather surface at both ends and give the form its boundary.
