About This Product
Upholstering back and seat in different materials is not arbitrary but a division of labour: the seat is the surface that meets spills, abrasion and damp, and leather takes all three; the back is only leaned against, and there the softness of bouclé earns its place. The compromises of applying one material everywhere disappear. Crossing the legs on the side face triangulates the frame and reduces sideways flex.
